So it looks like we will get nothing for the damage that madman has caused and that East brook will get away scott free with it!!!
The technical side of it is that as madmans mother paid for the deposit we are not covered for the damage....so I* warn again do not use them!!!!
well who could be suprised at that a decietful estate agent!!!
Its 419 all the way to the bank.

You might be interested to know that East Brook Housing Options - a property management company, started trading in Welling, Kent, in late 2007.
Can't be sure it's the same company, but the name and the timing are awfully coincidental, don't you think?
